Account Manager
I keep clients close and accounts growing.
5+ years managing 100+ commercial accounts across a large, multi-site portfolio — the relationships, the strategy, and the tools I build to support both.
About
I speak client and I speak ops.
For the last 5+ years I've been the account manager at Sneller Snow & Grounds, running a commercial book that spans 50+ properties in the growing season and 70+ in winter. My job is keeping clients close, projects on schedule, and turning what someone actually needs into a plan the field team can run with.
I'm looking to bring that same relationship-first approach — plus a habit of building whatever the work is missing — to a team in the Lansing area, whether that's marketing, SaaS, or somewhere else entirely.
- Based in Lansing, Michigan
- 5+ years in commercial account management
- Comfortable with technology and learning any new software.
How I Work
Five things clients can count on.
Frame the relationship
I identify the right stakeholders per account and understand what matters to each of them — mapping every location's point of contact and their priorities.
Identify and prioritize accounts
I assess accounts by value, profitability, growth potential, and relationship strength, rather than treating every account equally.
Build a tailored plan per account
I document objectives, create a clear value proposition, and schedule regular check-ins for every account I manage.
Balance short-term needs with long-term health
I don't sacrifice a client relationship for a quick upsell — sometimes it's worth giving something up now to protect the long-term partnership.
Monitor and review
I track retention, satisfaction, and account health over time, and adjust the plan based on what I'm seeing.
